CGI Script for Form Email Function FP2003

question by SPD | Hard
Need assistance and not very savvy with HTML and programming.
Our website host, register.com only supports 2002 extensions for frontpage. I am using 2003. (Site created in 2002) No problem until I decided to add an order form and have results sent directly to email. Am being told that I need to find a "CGI Script" for Form Email Function and copy into the CGI Bin. THEN write html code directly into the submit button function. WHATTTT????? LOL
If anyone out there has had same problem or knows what I'm referring too could really use some help, please!
Thank you,
Tracy

Re: CGI Script for Form Email Function FP2003reply by Srirangan Hi Tracy,
You can find a number of CGI scripts to do the same. I suggest you have a look at http://www.hotscripts.com/
You can find a number of scripts for many different type of platforms, I'm sure you'll find one that suits you. The scripts will generally have docs explaining the html form setup process too.
Good luck!
